No refunds are given, but product exchange (same product) is allowed if the product arrives damaged. Please do contact me ASAP if your order is damaged upon arrival.

Unfortunately, I am only selling my products within New Zealand & Australia only. I hope to grow more in the future to do so!
4. How long does it take for my order to get to me?
Orders get processed within 1-3 days depending on what you have ordered. Typically, orders get to the customer after 1-2 weeks. Expect some minor delays from the courier during the holidays.
5. Do you take custom orders?
I currently do not take custom orders. However, I am open to future product suggestions. Please refer to the Custom Request page for more information.
6. Can I cancel my order?
There is a 12-hour window for cancellation. Any orders made beyond the 12-hour period will be processed and shipped according to my standard shipping processes. I trust that all of my customers are shopping wisely and responsibly.
